Human Capacity Development
We deploy a methodology that seeks to ensure that clients achieve their desired corporate objectives by ensuring synergy between Corporate Strategy, Business Process platforms, and Human Capital required to achieve set objectives.
Since our inception in 2005, we have assisted leading Nigerian and West African banks, in developing efficient Process Delivery platforms to drive their corporate objectives. Over the same period, our resources persons have, collectively trained over 4,000 Bank professionals in key functional knowledge areas of Banking and Finance.
In providing professional services to our clients, we draw on our strong Research and Consulting capabilities built over the years.
In addition to our key principals, we have a pool of Banking and Finance consultants whose individual experiences range between 5-25 years. Such experience garnered from a combination of Leading International Professional Service Firms, Banks and Financial Institutions.
Our pool of resource persons comprises professionals who have distinguished themselves by achieving the level of Partner and or Executive Management in those institutions. Currently the combined experience of our key principals is over 100 years.
What Differentiates Our Training Approach
Our distinct learning approach offers the following benefits:
We employ a strategic approach to the identification of the course objectives and high-level design of the course content.
We have taken a step back to understand the bank’s particular needs to ensure each need is addressed within the context of our agreement.
Our methodology includes a ‘pre-course assessment’ of the ‘as-is’ position in addition to a ‘preliminary competency gap analysis’ to further enhance the development of a first class learning content. This will ensure that the learning content is tailored to the specific needs and peculiarities (including environmental) of each function.
At the end of the Training Programme, we shall submit to the Management a Final Report highlighting the salient features of the Training Programme along with recommendations
Post Learning Performance’ Projects are agreed with participants who are encouraged to share same with their line and HR managers for monthly follow up and evaluations (up to 3 months post-training). This is to ensure the professional/personal application of learning programmes attended.
We are proud to say that we shall not be bringing recycled materials nor will our instructors be delivering from notes prepared by lecturers based on theories and/or non-existence experience, but we shall be sharing real life experiences as corporate professionals with experiences highlighted in the faculty profiles
