Chika is a First Class Honours graduate of the University of Ife. He was a multiple prizewinner at the various levels of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Examinations and he is also a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.

Competent and well trained, Mr. Mbonu has been privileged to attend the best training programmes available within and outside Nigeria.

With over 25 years experience spanning Accounting, Consulting and Banking, Mr. Mbonu is a consummate trainer, mentor and life coach. While he was in the banking Industry, he was involved in the development of specialist training modules traversing various areas of the banking business, which in his usual hands-on approach, he has also helped to deliver.

In addition, he brings his wide experience to bear in Bank Performance Reviews, Transactions and Credit Structuring, Branch Management, Commercial and Retail Banking and Corporate Banking.
